"Very personable when they came to quote on the job. The first 2 cleans were fine but expensive because of their $55 per person per hour rate for their initial cleans. Rate went down on the 3rd clean to the amount that was bid for the job but they did not do all that they had said that they would do and job was unsatisfactory. Pointed out that they did not do what their brochure said that they do and they did not care."
