"0 Stars (I had to click 1 star to be able to post). I called several weeks ago to schedule a carpet cleaning for yesterday. Time slot of 12-2 PM. Nobody ever called yesterday. I waited around all afternoon. I called in and left a message. Nobody ever called me back. They may be short-staffed - many businesses are, I get that. But no call back to explain anything? I will not use this business again."

"My experience was very good. The techs called ahead and arrived in their window. They were courteous and provided an estimate up front that squared with what I was told on the phone. They worked quickly and thoroughly. The total came out lower than quoted because the job went better than anticipated. Great results too. The carpet and upholstery dried within a few hours. No crunchy carpet after the fact. We vacuumed one more time prior to putting the furniture back. The cleaning process brings the dirt and fibers to the surface for easy removal. The house is fresh and looks great! We’ll be using ChemDry again."
