All work to be done and cost was received by email on a professional contract. Prices were very fair for the amount of work he does. He was flexible with my schedule and was prompt in responding to my calls or texts. Correspondence with text, email, and calls were consistent throughout the job process from start to finish. Sam was very professional and detailed from removing the moss to cleaning the gutters, and making sure everything was cleaned up and Mossguard was sprayed to cover the roof. Luckily for us he had time to take care of our roof and gutters. He did an amazing job. Communicated issues he found. He even did some temporary repairs for us at no extra cost.
