"So I’m giving this a one star because of what I witnessed and I feel like the manager should know - I walked my dog there tonight (Monday 3/21 at 7pm) and the doors were locked, no people in sight inside. I texted my husband “I feel like some employee decided to close early and peace out.” Well I stood outside Safeway waiting for my husband and watched two employees walk from inside the back of the store to the front door, had purses and coats on, like they were definitely leaving. They walked out the front door, locked it, and one got in her car and the other stood by waiting for a ride. I watched another potential customer try to get in, look at his watch for the time (because they close at 9pm, why are the doors locked) and have the same reaction as me. The employee waiting for their ride just stood there head down. Kinda funny but like whatever. But manager should know."
