"I have been bringing my pets here for about 6.5 years. They've always been friendly. My last appointment was to have my kitten receive vaccines, but also to have my old man kitty put to sleep. He was ill, but it was incredibly difficult. He was close to 15 yrs old. It also happened to be my birthday that day. Every person there was so caring and so understanding when I was baking my eyes out. They treated my Waffle with su much care and tenderness. I held him after they put his catheter in, and then until he passed. It was peaceful and quiet. I had him cremated and was told the the place that did it was running behind, and it might be 3-5 weeks to get him back. I got a can yesterday, after 12 days and he's ready for me to pick him up and bring him home. Thank you too everyone for your tenderness and compassion in this difficult time."
