"Very disappointed with my cake order. I had ordered a Nightmare Before Christmas cake. There some cute little rings on a display cake, I asked it it was possible to have them put on my cake. The girl taking the order asked me to wait a moment and she would check to see if they were available. She comes back out and says yes they can be ordered for my cake. Since it was for my granddaughter’s first birthday she said I got a free smash cake. I had asked for some spiderwebs in addition to Happy Birthday Scarlett. I’m called the next day and I’m told someone used all of the little rings so it was just going to be just the cake. I wasn’t asked about the font for the cake. It was really small and in just a corner. The smash cake didn’t have any spiderwebs and only said 1st, the girl looked at the order and said it was written but she didn’t know why it wasn’t done.I had to buy stuff myself to try and decorate it. You guys have always done a wonderful job, we’ve been ordering for 20+ years."

"Prices are so much higher than what you'd normally find elsewhere. Every time I shop here, I'm shocked at the prices of normal everyday items. Plus they look the doors on one side of the store which is a huge inconvenience to customers."

"The lady at the bakery in this Albertsons did an AMAZING job on my son’s birthday cake. When every where else was booked, she got it done for me. She had great customer service skills, and I didn’t have a picture for the cake so I kind of described what I wanted the cake decorated like. She went above and beyond what I thought it would look like. Thank you so so much."
