"I have never been treated so badly in healthcare. The staff is rude and just don’t have time for you. They have not had most of my medications and say they are ordering them. Then if they don’t come in the order they don’t even tell you that. They just go on about whatever they’re doing and never let you know. Being in healthcare I know I can find better. Moving my medications. This is probably one of the reason this company is going bankrupt. They hire people that just don’t care."

"They always treat me with respect here, very courteous to me and maintains a professional atmosphere. On many occasions, the pharmacy has treated me very well and they've definitely got a returning customer. Update 8 months later** I still really love this rite aid! The pharmacy is my main reason for coming here, very proficient, always takes care of my prescription needs regardless of how busy they are. They are very hard working, all the while remaining very professional and courteous towards me. Any issues I may have with my prescriptions are resolved so quickly and they seem to really care about each person they are helping. Great pharmacist and pharmacy technicians! Thank you again!!"

"This Rite aid’s pharmacy has the rudest people working. Even inquiring about if a prescription is ready is too much of a hassle for them. If you call and an old woman answers hang up and try again later because she will be the rudest person you will ever talk to."

"Always out of my meds and my son's meds . When you click free delivery they will cancel the delivery and then tell you all the time how they can't do xyz (like call and tell you they won't be delivering your meds after you do online check out )because they are " too busy" worst pharmacy ever unfortunately I can't switch due to being disabled and not driving (why I picked it because they delivered and have a drive thru if someone else is picking up my meds ) don't use this pharmacy unless it's your last option."

"This is my second bad experience with the same staff member but the first time speaking up..Today I was sent to the pharmacy by St Joes hospital to pick up my daughters medications as she had been in a car accident the night before and can’t move around on her own right now…The staff member AMY H. is extremely rude, from her greeting, to attempting to not help me because I didn’t have my daughters medical card in hand (it was lost in the car accident) I told her the medical insurance name and all my daughters information, she literally sighed out loud in annoyance with me asking for her help. After a long scary night at the hospital, having to deal with her bad attitude was not something I wanted to do. I feel bad for her coworkers too, it must be hard to work aside someone who is miserable at at work. I won’t be coming back to this Rite Aid"
