"This is a long overdue review for North End Pet Hospital. They have taken excellent care of my soul cat, Carlos, up until his passing last week at the age of 17ish. I had taken Carlos here since 2014, when I moved to Tacoma. Carlos worked with both Dr. Vollmar and Dr. Brown over the years. Both doctors are amazing people and provided compassionate and comprehensive to Carlos over the years. I really felt that they cared about Carlos every time we came in. The office staff are also amazing — I cannot imagine how stressful and busy that job must be, but they interact with you as if your pet is the very most important pet every time.
