Dollar Tree

"Very disappointed the cashier never handed me my last bag. Upon noticing this I returned and apparently unlike most stores they don't have a list of left behinds, even with a receipt it does not matter to them. I found myself out of a bags worth of stuff I had just purchased and was told it sucks but to F myself more or less by management"

"This dollar store was disgusting! It was a mess! Lots of empty spots. The products were spread all around, like a group of 20 4 year olds came threw and had their way. It just looked and felt like Nobody cares about the dollar store on 72 & portland. It is so sad. I won't be coming back to This location ever. So sad!"

"I normally don’t give reviews if I have a bad experience but it’s just an observation because 72nd is the closest dollar tree to my house so I’ve seen it more than once. Numerous times I’ve come to this store lately and the shorter chubbier older lady greets people horribly, and she screamed at a customer she had apparently caught stealing previously (which was ridiculously loud) telling them to get out. Everytime I’ve gone there and she’s there I feel like she is only there to be security or something. Horrible customer service and someone professional definitely should go watch her for a day and watch how she acts. I understand they probably get lots of theft considering it’s in a highly populated homeless area, however she’s not friendly with anyone and very hostile."

"Social experiment... My cousin and I make this our first stop of the day...it's noon on a Saturday. She is dressed in dirty clothes and 2 coats...the outer coat clean the inner coat super dirty. Sweats super dirty. Got the homeless look to her. Proceeds to shop and fills a basket...basket full and looking through it to make sure she has everything she needs. Employee approaches and since she was there she asked hey..can I use the restroom? Employee makes her feel 2" tall and treats her like trash because she looks homeless. Basically making her leave her basket and the store. People are people...treat everyone as you'd expect to be treated . Yes, millionaires shop at the dollar store...that is of course why she is rich... Because she knows how to save money."

"This Dollar Tree is one of the worst in the area. Ghetto, always messy with stuff on the floor and shelves are disorganized, items not in their right place. What are the employees doing??? The manager is rude and never helpful. They now have a no public restrooms policy, so good luck if you're shopping and need to use a restroom. There are multiple checkout lanes, yet typically only one is open. A ghetto mess."
