"Two years ago Eric visited my 40,000 gallon, fifty year old Seattle pool. The plaster was well etched. His glasscoat price exceeded a new skim coat, but after visiting completed jobs, I became convinced that glasscoat would be lower maintenance and longer lived. Six months later the scheduled job was completed in a timely fashion by the Ole team with Eric's continued participation. Unanticipated issues were easily resolved and Ole himself visited for an a la carte "old hand" filter adjustment and QC confirmation. Since then I have asked for advice and insights and have been enthusiastically received. I have the feeling that if an issue arises, Eric, Ole and the team will be attentive to my needs and their responsibilities. After two winters, pool looks good. Cleaning is easier with an electronic vacuum purchased after completion. It's a funny business requiring experience and a willingness to attack the issues. These guys do that. Five Stars!"
