"I brought my car in because of a dead alternator. They were booked out for a week so I got a rental until it was fixed. They fixed it within the day but the issue was not fixed! Turns out they installed an alternator that was also no good... But I called them and explained and they went above and beyond by getting a new alternator delivered and installed in about 2 hours, no additional cost. They told me what else needed to be done and quoted a price. I will definitely return to them for my next repair."

"When D&W worked on my vehicle they did a good job before! But, I needed work done on my 97 Pathfinder recently and now they tell me they can't work on any vehicles that are older than the year of 2000 which to me is bad business! My family, my other relatives and friends always went to D&W and now they don't even if their vehicle is 2000 or newer because D&W turned my vehicle away after accepting my vehicle before!"
