"I received a quote online. And I went in and had my oil changed On March 13th, at 9:30 AM.The girl that was working there Claimed she didn't know how to process the estimate. She did not ask anybody else for help. canceled my estimate that I made online. And She proceeded to check me in and charge me Twenty percent more than my initial estimate. I have just received an oil change last month on the 12th. And at the silverdale location they matched the estimate price. But for some Reason the girl felt it necessary to cancel my estimate and charge me twenty dollars more. And because I do a lot of uber, This is actually a lot of money to me. I would not. My recommendation would be go somewhere else."
