"Not going to give a one star review as you are a small business but if you advertise "emergency service" then have systems in place to answer the phone or at least return a phone call the next day. Lost all water from our well in the afternoon. Called the number and left a message with no reply. Good business practices require communication with potential customers and even saying no sometimes. Calling this business was a waste of valuable time and added to the delay of finding someone to get us our water running again."
