"Dr. Chris is fantastic! I have also had good experiences with Dr. Powers. They are both very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Chris treats animals as if they were his own and truly makes your pet feel loved/cared for! He is never pushy on things but gives honest opinions about what is most helpful for your pup. He thoroughly answers questions and makes me feel confident in making decisions for my pets. I saw Dr. Hanas Elias and I had quite the opposite experience. At first the assistant told us she likes to see pets in the back room (without seeing us) and asked if we were comfortable with that, we said no (our dog has always been seen with us there). She was not friendly, does not seem to have a love for animals, argumentative rather than feeling helpful when asking care questions, and just overall gave me a complete opposite experience of Dr. Chris. If she was my first impression, I would not be back. Knowing Dr. Chris is the owner and is a very friendly/helpful person, I will definitely be back and feel he personally deserves five stars. I will only see him or Dr. Chris or Dr. Powers from now on."

"The new boarding program is a huge improvement! I was on the fence about boarding my dog again, but decided to give it one more try. Angela was amazing! She sent me updates on how Lucy was doing and asked for advice about specific issues, such as what method do I use to give her medicine. When I picked Lucy up it was clear that Angela had taken time to get to know her and establish trust, and that Lucy was completely happy to be with her."

"Angela at Gresham animal hospital was so amazing with our dog Maddix. We boarded him with her while on vacation. Maddix isn’t used to other people and keep his distance but with Angela, they were like best friends when I picked him up. This tells me that she took time to play with him and give him a lot of love. He was so happy with her which makes me know I can always board my boy there and know he is well taken care of. While on vacation she also text me daily to let me know how he was and what kind of day he had. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing he was enjoying his staycation. "Front Desk staff is rude and unprofessional. When asked why the front desk was quoting me a different price than the one the Vet gave me 2 days ago, she interrupted me multiple times and when I asked her if she thought that was good service, she told me "that's what your opinion is. " So apparently, she thinks she was doing a good job. I hope her boss sees this."
