"I’ll get right to the chase: I got bedbugs here. I’m not joking. For starters, this place is pretty run down. Missing tile on the ceiling exposing wiring, holes in the wall in the rooms, and not thoroughly cleaned. On my last day here, I woke up with a red mark on my stomach that appeared to be a bed bug bite. I am a medical professional so I know what they look like. I tried to alert the hotel via the booking service but they never responded to me. When I got home, I washed EVERYTHING I took with me, but a couple days later, my boyfriend and I both woke up with bites. We then treated our whole house and things were fine for a few weeks. 3 weeks later the bed bug bites showed up again and we are going through round 2 of treatments. I deeply regret staying here. The amount of money I’ve spent on bedbug treatments outweighs how much I paid for the hotel."

"Overall a pretty decent place to stay. Unfortunately, the surrounding area seems to be going the way of the rest of Portland with the zombies coming out at night. Make sure you don't have valuables in your car. Not the hotels fault, they just happen to be located in a "sticky fingers" zone."
"Guy at front desk was rude. My boyfriend was waiting in the lobby for cleaners to finish when he angrily told him to sit properly ( he was laying down) this could have been solved by asking him politely. Afterwards he started questioning him about if he actually had a room. He then complained about him not being in his room instead of the lobby. The cleaners are wonderful and there are some kind people here but unfortunately that guys bad day made me write this review. Regardless his attitude does need some improvement. We would have understood and respected his words if he was more kind."
"We choose this hotel specifically to charge our electric vehicle. They advertise EV charger. We'll it was out of service. No compensation for our inconvenience. No response when we asked to have a manager contact us. Guy at desk nice but nothing he could do. So we paid $157 for a poor quality hotel. No elevator. Old, just old. Breakfast a joke. Keep on drivin!"
