"Took my desktop computer to this shop with strong suspicion of a hard drive failure. Owner/tech had my computer for almost 2 weeks and said he could not locate issue. He said there were a couple of viruses that he charged $160 to clean up, but that didn't fix the problem. I run an antivirus (Avast) and malware program (Malwarebytes) on my system. I brought computer home, and on first boot up the problem came up again. I called the owner/tech to ask about replacing hard drive, got answering machine. After several days with no return call I took computer to another shop in town and tech there confirmed my suspicion within an hour, the hard drive was a brick, showed heat damage to a couple of the connection pins. He ordered a replacement hard drive and had it installed all within 36 hours. I can't recommend QA Computer Services based on my experience. I found my computer guy going forward."

"I highly recommend Jamie at Quality Assured! He had to keep my laptop for several days to resolve the issue; however, his pricing was incredibly fair and the issue has been completely resolved. I will go back for periodic "tune-ups" because they are affordable and like just about everything else in life, computers require routine maintenance to operate effectively. "I am so grateful to have found Quality Assured Computer Services. Jamie expertly helped me on two separate occasions. The first time I was in a panic believing I had accidentally deleted important files from my computer. He took the time to look at my computer the moment I came in and quickly found the files I feared I had lost. Most recently the fan went out on my laptop. He happened to have the replacement fan in stock and once again, got my computer back to me promptly. I was concerned something was off with the new fan and called him. He had me bring it in to double check and "resolve" any issues. He ran the computer through some tests and the issue did indeed resolve. Jamie is kind, patient, is incredibly knowledgeable and great at explaining what's going on for non-computer people like me. Most of all he has incredible integrity! I highly recommend his work!"

"I needed help configuring a home wireless network. Office Depot recommended Quality Assured Computer Services. I signed a contract and scheduled a home visit. Steve, co-owner, visited my home, sold me a new router, added to my security system, but was unable to finish installing a remote camera because he identified a virus. At my request, he took my laptop to the shop for cleaning. Service was slow and the charges were high. I was sold an expensive proprietary one year virus protection. Now that I have a my computer back, working properly, I have repeatedly called Steve with no response and visited the shop, to complain to Jim, the senior partner, with no response. I would not recommend their service. I was overcharged for incomplete service and have been ignored since."
