"My experience was awful, and i would never never use Frank or sears again. He was rude; disrespectful, and condescending. Tried to charge me over $400 when i have in writing $139, unless and estimate is offered and accepted. So he told me he would ‘re-break it for me if I didn’t pay the $400. I asked to talk to his boss while he was belittling me and he said ‘that’s not gonna happen’. Aside from that the tracker said he’d be there at 1:07, tracker stayed at 1:07 even well past and showrr up at 3:20. I spent over 40 minutes trying to reach a human on any of their numbers and it doesn’t exist, so guess he was right there. They make sure you can never talk to a human. I highly suggest staying far away from sears home repair!"
