"We were headed out of town for a 3 day camping trip and I checked the tires on the travel trailer and they needed air. Got out my compressor to get the job done but the compressor wouldn't work. Just about every gas station around has pay air compressors, but that means having to maneuver my rig close enough to get all 4 tires. So I pulled in to Les Schwab's and they checked and filled the tires on the trailer - including the spare - at no charge! I'm going to need new tires on my car this summer and I will be getting them from Les Schwab. Thank you Les Schwab!"

"I've been a Les Schwab customer for years and I've been nothing but happy with the quality of their product and their excellent customer service. I want to give a special shout out to the Les Schwab Sequim crew. Recently, I took my car in to have them swap my all season tires for my studded snow tires. I hadn't made an appointment so I wasn't expecting same day service as a big, cold storm was coming. They called me the same day to let me know they had swapped my tires, but had accidentally stripped one of the lug nuts. I drive a finicky VW, so they would need to order the part in and it would take a few days to get there. I live and work nearby and had other options so I told them it wasn't a problem. So, why write all this about one lug nut? Because they told the truth. They made an honest mistake and immediately owned up to it. They could have just as easily called me and said I had a faulty lug nut that I needed to replace and I would have been none the wiser. This kind of integrity seems to be increasingly rare in the world and I wanted to both recognize and commend you for it. Thank you for always taking such good care of me and my vehicles, Les Schwab crew!"

"Great service, just what Les Schwab is known for. I came in with a nail in my tire and they checked me in quick and easy and had the nail removed and repair complete in an hour. And all at no charge - which is their thing - and it is much appreciated. I return the favor going to them first for work and new tires."

"Walked in for 2 new tires. I was told by the service writer that I would be serviced next. 45 minutes later my car was still not started. So I went to the front desk and they said that 2 appointments were in front of me. This is the most unprofessional business ever. When you tell a customer that they are next you should keep your word. I will never recommend this terrible establishment."
