"NewEra has been amazing to work with. I’ve gone to other pharmacies before for my IVF medications claiming they were cheaper and they aren’t by a long shot. NewEra is always hundreds of dollars less than their competitors. I love that when I call I can actually talk to the pharmacist about the medications. I had so many questions and they had a nurse I can talk to as well. Her name was Jenna and did the best education for the meds. It helped ease my anxiety so much! I am definitely going to refer all my friends there and if I ever need to go through IVF again I will always be using them."
"Absolutely love this pharmacy! They are so helpful and very comfortable to be around. Their communication is amazing and they helped me through my infertility. Grateful for their support and help always."
"TLDR; IVF is stressful enough. I don't feel that this company is honest, or at the very least upfront and I would recommend using another pharmacy to save yourself unnecessary tears. Unfortunately my good experience was tainted. Customer service was absolutely lovely & my cash pay order arrived on time and as promised. HOWEVER, please be advised that this pharmacy charges 2 separate costs for the same exact prescription. It's not a small difference -- it's DOUBLE. After one round of failed birth control my doctor recommended using a Leupron down regulation. I had previously filled my Leupron 2 week kit with New Era for $259 in late Dec. My doctor then sent in another rx for the same exact Leupron kit Jan 5, except the rx wasn't notated "trigger shot." I paid the $499.95 thinking it was perhaps a different package or more, etc and then was surprised to find out it was the same box, same sku, same everything. I was in tears and called New Era to make sure there wasn't a mistake. Customer service had to get management involved & they confirmed that they charge 2 different amounts for the same drug. $259 for the Leupron 14 day kit with a doctors note for trigger and $499.95 for the Leupron 14 day kit not notated "trigger." There is absolutely no difference; they both came with the same accessories for the 2 week kit. And that is so frustrating. I've let my doctor's office know and they responded in disbelief. They mentioned that practice was unheard of and appalling and they wouldnt be using this company anymore."
"Outstanding customer service and attention to detail ! My IVF mediations were lost in the mail by UPS, which added some stress to an already emotionally complicated process. New Era was totally on top of it; they had my medications resent immediately, continued to update me with the delivery schedule, and I had my medications in hand within hours. Thank you new era!"
"For a company that claims to pride themselves on customer service, they did a wonderful job in the begininng which is why we ultimately chose to go with them for our first cycle. My insurance does not cover fertility medication, and so everything was being paid for out of pocket. Even after qualifying for some financial aid, their medicine was still considerably higher than other fertility pharmacies. However, they offered to price match cheaper pharmacies which they did multiple times without any issue. But apparently this policy had an expiration because when I called to refill a prescription for our second cycle, they were unwilling to match the same prices they had previously honored. If we had know their policy was going to change, we would have gone with a different pharmacy in the first place. When I asked why they were unable to honor the same prices, the only explanation I recieved was that they are a small pharmacies and couldn't absorb the cost. If this is the case, they should never have claimed to do price matches from the beginning. Fertility has so many unknowns, but a pharmacy should be adding stability not stress to the situation. I was told the manager/owner would call me so we could discuss. I never received a phone call. This experience just wasn’t the same level of service I had received from New Era in the past. Shame."
