"Our family has been with Bayview since 2008. With management changes in recent years we can no longer afford to bring our pets there. I do feel they provide good service but $350 to check my cats itchy ears and send us home with ear wash is not sustainable as we have two cats and three dogs. Wait times to get into our appointments has increased dramatically as well. I’m always 5-10 minutes early and expect to wait maybe 10 minutes past appointment times, but 20-30 minutes routinely is not reasonable. Also we have noticed appointments not being available for weeks when it used to only take days to get in. We are thankful for the great care over the years but we did find a new clinic with excellent care, easy scheduling, short wait times, and great prices."

"Always have a great experience here with my 10 year old pup. Dr. Claire has been nothing but supportive, sweet, and gentle with my pup. They do a good job keeping him separated from other animals due to reactivity and previous dog attacks. His skin allergies are better, and he has a great quality of life now that we've been able to treat some issues long-term. Also, they listened and accommodated when I didn't want to use a muzzle with my slightly anxious pup - they let me bear hug him during shots instead. Would recommend!"

"I switched to this clinic because it is privately owned and not affiliated with corporate conglomerate like V.C.A. Professional and friendly staff with compassion towards their patients and their owners. Affordable prices. New owners are outdoor enthusiasts and offer you the choice of either waiting in your vehicle and come get you or you can go inside and wait. Would recommend checking this clinic out if you are in need of a veterinary services. New clients need to prepay for their first visit on and you can add money to your account for future needs if you wish to do so. Cash or card only for payment only, no checks."
