"They are contracted by our HOA to perform our annual inspections. Our last inspection done October 2022 said we needed our tanks pumped. Following their recommendations, scheduled for our tanks to be pumped. The measured levels in all of our tanks, late October 2022, weren’t even close to the necessary level to be pumped. This has been a similar experience from others in our neighborhood."
