AFTER indicated the documentation was needed for the approval... As another review stated, this place is a huge joke... and a complete waste of energy... Make this your last option and by all means.. manage your expectation.. to forgo disappointment.... If I could rate them a negative I would. The disapproval was not the problem, it the last of customer service and human dignity that bothered me most... The agent indicated he would "tell him".. but I said, I'm sure he knows..."
