"Jami was INCREDIBLE! She was so friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. I was quite concerned that we might be judged / treated differently because we purchased my engagement ring from elsewhere (online only retailer) but were shopping for wedding bands. After a very easy shopping for the wedding bands, I asked Jami to help me test my stone and find a better setting (mine was very thin and already starting to bend a bit as the very trendy thin bands will ultimately do) that would be under their warranty. She went to work and found the perfect setting for me! It was a joy working with her. It was very, very busy when we came in and not once did we feel like we were a burden or that she didn’t have time for us. Jami is absolutely incredible and made our experience worth every penny! "We were a group of 3 people with more than 3 different needs. One of us knew exactly what we wanted (opal earrings) which were brought out promptly and was offered to look at several pairs to find the right color/rainbow effect we were looking for. The second one of us was looking for a new wedding band. The most beautiful brushed gold ring was found promptly. All this sounds easy so far right? Well the third item was a 10 year anniversary present and this member of our party didn’t know what kind of ring they wanted. Mia had been wonderful to work with up to this point but here’s where she became exceptional! She traveled around basically the entire store, looking at everything from preset diamond rings, stackable options, and settings. She picked up on the couple of items we mentioned as being important and steered options to fit those needs. She was so complementary and kind, encouraging all of us to leave with what we loved and nothing less. Mia answered our many, many questions, including random ones related to items we were shopping for that day but considered for the future. All of this with no rush, we felt like we could take all the time we needed - something welcomed when making such a large purchase. Mia brought out Chris, the jeweler, to meet with us to discuss prong options and we got to see what each mounting would do for the diamond. They worked with us on when the rings would arrive at our house, delaying our shipping date so it worked for us. This was a great experience from when we checked in to when we checked out."

"Thank you so much to Nadia and Carolyn (hopefully I spelt these right)!!! We went in today for the very first time and were so amazed by the service we received! Nadia and Carolyn were so nice and let us take our time and showed us so many types of stones that we could pick from as well as explained the different between lab grown diamond and natural diamonds. I was set on getting a moissanite diamond but now I know exactly what I want! I even was so set on a round diamond but was shown an oval and immediately fell in love with how it looked! Thank you so much to the both of these women! They were so amazing to work with and made my very first experience into this store so amazing :) I’ve been to a few other jewelers and they didn’t provide as good as a service as these women did! "My experience was not perfect but the Sales Associate who worked with my fiancée and I, Sean McCarty, made sure that we received the wedding band we really wanted. His attention to detail and quality control made him invaluable through the process and ultimately we got exactly what we wanted because he made sure that we did. The craftsmanship on the ring is stunning and we are extremely grateful to have had his help. The rest of the staff was very polite and professional but Sean came through and saved the day for us."
