"Just had the best experience at the Michael Kors at Washington Square. I received a coat for Christmas that didn’t fit so I called the store to see if they had my size, but sadly did not. The person I spoke with on the phone said that it was not available online or in-store, so it didn’t sound like there was anything that could be done other than return it. Today I brought the coat in to return it and the manager Recela said, “hold on let me look online to see if there’s something I can do.” She managed to find the coat that I was looking for at an outlet store and is having it shipped directly to my home. Her customer service was amazing. She could not have been more accommodating and friendly. The experience absolutely made my day!"

"I do not understand why there are reviews for bad sale associates. Maybe it is because of different timing going to this location. To undermine the reviews made, I went to the MK to conduct research for my IA, the people working were very congenial to let me conduct and ask them questions, even though I wasn't going to buy anything. They even spread it around to each other and all pitched in to help me. Also, during the time of not helping me, they were also congenial to other customers. The sales associates during the weekend are very nice."
