"This place is very rude. I went to go see the jade with my wife. When we went to go in the door was locked. There was a lady sitting down and asked us what we wanted. I told her I wanted to see the jade because I have been looking for good quality jade for a long time. She then looked at my wife with a rude and disgusted face and then told me we could not come in until we called in ahead of time. Mind you, there were three associates and not one customer in there. My wife, who is African American while I am Laotian, felt very hurt at the way the lady was looking at her. I would not waste my time coming back here again. Please learn to not judge people and also if it is a policy to call in advance then you need to post that because if you don't it does look like you are picking and choosing who can come in based off of stereotypes and how people look."

"Went to try and get my necklace hook fix or buy a new hook. They didn’t carry the hook I wanted. He then said it will take him 1 hour to fix the broken hook. I told him that was fine and I would come back after work for it. Then I proceeded to take my necklace with me. He got angry and refuse to fix my broken hook because I didn’t “trust” him. Ugh, my necklace isn’t broken just the hook and it wasn’t connected to the necklace. Smells fishy…"
