"Came here to pick out a wedding band with my fiancée. Immediately was insulted by the sales rep upon walking in about the ring I had myself designed for my fiancée, and was fabricated by a respected jeweler. He had said it was poorly designed, and wouldn’t pair well with any wedding band design. We had already been to two other jewelers who complemented it, my effort on it, and proved that it would in fact work with any low profile wedding band. Obviously, within a minute of trying on a ring, we proved it would in fact pair just fine. He admitted to being wrong, but fell far short of apologizing. Throughout the rest of the appointment I was continued to be insulted about our style choices, ring color, and taste. I had never heard anything like this at any other jeweler. This is probably the most pompous, snooty jeweler in Portland. Beware!"
