"Called 2 years to the date I purchased a gold necklace with a charm for my then 13 year old. It’s pretty thin, yet beautiful, so the chain did break after 2 years (surprised it lasted this long). I was expecting them to say my warranty had expired since it had been more than a year (who can remember these things?). Spoke with Adrian who reminded me I had a lifetime warranty and to just bring it in so that it may be sent out for repair and that I’d most likely have it returned sometime after the new year. A few days later I finally brought it in and a really sweet woman with a genuine smile asked if she could help me. And there was Adrian still as professional and kind as ever. He told me they actually had that very chain in the store and he’d just switch it out, no charge. How nice that I could actually give the gift again by Christmas!
