"A true Portland gem. They have everything from glass sculptures, jewelry, oddities, incense, pipes, and hand-made art from around the world. The place to go if you are looking for a unique gift or decor. I didn't have the honor of knowing the owner myself. But it was during my trip to Istanbul Turkey that I learned about him. After entering a shop by chance and speaking with the owner a little bit about where I come from. He lit up with excitement and shared with me stories about him and Jerry throughout the years over a cup of Turkish tea. He pulled out an old book dating back to what looked like the 80s. On its pages were handwritten transactions between him and the gold door. He told me the impact Jerry had made on his life, and those he did business with were great. You can see a little area inside the gold door hanging above the registers dedicated to Turkey. I highly recommend you check it out. I can attest that the items are made by hand with love, and each piece tells a different story about their life, history, and culture.
