"Horrible quality of jewelry, falls apart immediately. No point in buying the lifetime warranty, your jewelry breaks and you take it in for repair, and get the most unprofessional assistance from jenny, who clearly hates her job. She didn't do her job and put in the request to fix my earrings. Instead, 3 weeks later, I got a call from a different worker, whom had no idea what they were supposed to do with my earrings. The jewelry is still in poor condition and falling apart. I will NEVER buy from Fred Meyer jewelers again!"

"This location has the worst customer service, both for the jewelry and the watch repair. I took my watch two months ago to fix a scratch and replace the battery. I paid the full amount in advance, was told that it would take two weeks and that they would call me when it was ready for pick up. Two months later, I haven’t received a single phone call and they never answer when I call. I have stopped by during the watch repair business hours 4 times already, and the guy is never there. Today I was told that he had left early because he “wasn’t busy”. Another person said that he would return next Wednesday. When I mentioned that he was never there the times I had showed up , another very rude sales representative said that he was always there and that he would be back on Tuesday. I asked for clarification about when he would be there and she rudely pointed out to his business adding that “he was a busy man”. Ironic that he left earlier today because he wasn’t busy at all. When I mentioned never receiving a phone call, she made me feel that it was my responsibility to call and when I said I actually had but he never answers, she instead that he “is a busy man”. I don’t know what has been more frustrating, the watch repair man lack of professionalism and disregard for his customers or the jewelers sales assistant rudeness and poor customer skills."

"Such a terrible experience. You'd think a place where people are buying rings and jewelry would be a positive experience, but this was hands down, some of the worst customer service I've experienced in my entire life. They pretty much said anything to get me out as fast as possible. They told me over the phone that they could handle some stuff for me, and when I arrived, they said I couldn't. It was just repeated failures of customer service. Definitely will NEVER visit this location again."
