We ended up driving to a location in Vancouver and wasn't pushed, just helped (as just about everybody would prefer) and bought the ring through them."

I drove 15min out of the way to get help and upon arriving they said they could no longer help. They do not value your time and employ highschool children to handle decisions on merchandise worth thousands of dollars. Embarrassing."

"Made my first purchase from Fred Meyer Jewelers and not impressed. Purchased 14k rose gold chain that needed to be shortened and a jump ring that needed to be soldered. Took almost 3 weeks for the chain and they forgot the jump ring, so an additional week. I planned this middle of Nov. so I'd have plenty of time before Christmas, but now it will be late. The sales associate apologized, but that was it. I paid something like $30 just to have the ring soldered, and probably could have just done it myself. Super frustrated and not a good first impression."

"My experience was great went in for jewelry inspection on my ring sales person went above and beyond customer service! She was so nice she changed the battery in my watch for free I did not know my watch had replacement batteries because my mom bought there with extra service warranty on it for the life of the watch as long as I kept up cleaning and inspections like with ring inspection which I didn't know! That was so great to know because they do not offer that no more it was only offered to employee's at one time for Christmas and only on one particular type of watch of coarse the more expensive one but with emp/disc and sale of was prob a great deal! I hope! I don't like any one to spend that amount on me its rediculous but you can't tell your parents that LOL!"
