"I started going here because I recently stopped going to another pet store I had been getting my rats from because they were becoming a lot more sickly. I’ve gotten several rats from here now (from both the feeder bins and the pet rat bins) to add to my beloved massive rat colony and they are doing amazing, and are all very sweet. The two female employees that I’ve seen are amazing, they’re really friendly and remembered me and my boyfriend and are extremely helpful and make the process quick and easy. I love coming here and I look forward to getting all my rats from here from now on!"
"We got our boy JJ there two years ago and he’s the best dog ever! He’s beautiful, smart, and talented. We love him. Every dog deserves a home, wherever you get them."
"Not only are all their animals severely overcrowded and in gross conditions. Species like Hamsters that are Solitaty are cramped together, Male Mice are kept together. Many Males visibily having bite marks and bleeding in the enclosure - Fighting in front of customers. Birds sit in their literal feces as it sticks to the walls and paint. I took a photo of the Clown fish for my Friend and I was told not to take Photos - Which I know for a fact is to deter bad reviews and posting of this place. A lot of the Small Animals are sickly, sneezing and whatnot. I've specialized and teach in Small Mammal care and in rodents - Which is not normal. Along with breeding and holding Mice in a Storage closet is not healthy. Very rampant for diseases, URIs, Mites and whatnot to spread."
"The poor animals here are just not being taken care of right. Lots of them are crammed in cages that are way smaller than they should be for the number of animals in them. The bird cages are filthy dirty and look like they haven't been cleaned in months. The axolotls are in storage totes with no filters, and with nothing else but water in them. Plus, a bunch of the bettas are sick, yet are still out on the shelf to be sold. That's just a few of the many things wrong with this store. Avoid them completely and don't give them your money."
