"I called at 8:30am and was told they would be out that day, though it might not be till the afternoon. I said that was fine as long as they came that day, as it was Friday. At 3pm they hadn't showed so I called to confirm and was told they were working on getting someone out. They never showed up and did not even call."

Our business usually has a leak detectionist come out and find the leak before calling you guys and WELL, we were told a couple areas and it turned out to be wrong. "We had a plumber from this company come out and diagnose our problem. It was an easy drain repair. He said he needed to order a part and it would just be a few days to get back out. A week went By and I called and was told the technician would get back to me, and nothing. I called again and the technician never got back to me. Just can’t say enough about the lack of communication and poor customer service. Don’t waste your time with this company."
