"Worst experience with U-Haul ever. Truck was barely working and soaked inside. Truck was almost out of gas when I picked it up and smelled like cigarettes and weed. The back of the truck never closed properly and the ramp started coming out as I left the lot. Returned it and ended up renting a van from enterprise. Literally go anywhere else."

"The trailer we received was a death trap. Unfortunately, my dad and I didn’t notice how warped the front left tire was until we left the location. The same tire exploded on the Highway the second we got into Montana sending a tire skin and rubber/wire shards into the traffic behind us. After waiting an hour and a half for a new tire and being thrown behind schedule, we eventually got back on the road… only to have the u-bolts on the rear axle to snap a few hundred miles later nearly tossing my car into the passenger side fender of the trailer and causing damage to another tire. Upon receiving the trailer, the passenger side fender was ripped up from the bolt holding it in place, the lug nuts were filled with grease and were hand tight, one of the lug nuts was lost along the drive. U-Haul gave us an absolute death trap and didn’t want to hear a word about how it might’ve been their fault. Roadside repair was excellent, the repair companies that came to help us were even better. Unfortunately both pickup locations were atrocious"
