"The Uber Eats driver forgot the salad and soda( root beer) so my world famous Root beer floats were put on hold. After finally getting through to the actual store on the phone, the customer service was top notch! I was credited both salad and soda for free on my next order and finally made my world famous floats! Standing ovation!"
"This is my first time having Papa John's, but they aren't too bad. The crust is okay, but for the price and size I'm happy. However, they either need to hire more kitchen staff or raise their wages to keep the staff. The poor person cooking today was very very stressed."
"Pizza is good, but one of the managers in that place has no business being in charge of others. We witnessed her berating employees very unprofessionally in front of customers, as well as handling certain foods without gloves, which is a health code violation. Those employees deserve way better."
