"Tried to order at 11:30 For delivery And he said it's to late for a delivery so I said I can come get it and he said it takes 40 minutes to make the pizza. I said bull you just don't want to do your job & he hung up on me. His name was Firlando. I will be talking to his boss about this."

"I didn't get very good service here and the pizza wasn't that great either. They said that they would text me when my order was ready, but I never received the text. So I just went in. .. waited then some "put out" cashier checked my order out and she was NOT very friendly either... Idk. Some people sheesh!"

"Wow!... such awesome customer service.... when I call to tell you about the lack of cheese on my pizza you hang up on me...... and when I call back you just answer and set the phone down? That is insane.... whatever your name is.... you should be fired"

"It's not just this location, I'm getting tired of pizza hut in general. The wait time wasn't horrible, but I ordered curbside pick up for convenience that day and when I clocked I was there, no one came out. I tried calling and I get a freaking call center. I had to call multiple times, I was hung up on, I was transferred and when I finally got my order, it was wrong and I had to drive back to go get it and start the process all over. It ended up being over an hour later before I was able to finally get my order home. This is ridiculous. I'd rather choose somewhere else next time."

"They have good customer service and the pizzas were ready in the time they said. Very good customer service and service is fast. The pizzas were very good. We are going to return very soon, really, the service was very good. To be honest I was surprised how good everything was."
