"Booked 3 movers with Moses to arrive at a certain time, and confirmed my appointment with text. The appointment time arrived and nobody showed up. Moses claims that I did not “confirm” my appointment, but that is not true. I gave this company 3 different contact methods, but they never reached out. Take the advice of Moses and call a different company…to quote “it’s not happening” for them to show up at the scheduled time"

"Hello we Hired Ultimate Mover. They were over five hours late showing up for the move job. They broke many items & somehow lost even more of our items. The process took forever. It took them 8 hours plus To move a one bedroom, small, tiny apartment. They are quite expensive as well costing over $2,000 for the move. We did purchase insurance for the move but I can't get Moses (owner) to give me any information on how to handle, how to file a claim. He wont call me back or text me back to discuss. Ultimate Movers Does not have good work ethics or morals. ultimate movers are leaving customers In quite a bind, Charging them a arm and leg for the move and then not helping you when you need to file a claim refusing to give instructions or any help They Drop you like the hot potato. To date Still no response from them at all. I would suggest continue looking for a moving company look for one that is reliable and responsible . "Ultimate Movers arrived on time and went right to work and kept working! They wrapped, disassembled; reassembled and took good care when packing and unpacking the move truck. All of my worldly possessions were in good hands. Movers were professional, polite and respectful. If you go with Ultimate Movers, your possessions will be on good hands!!!"

"The owner Moses communicated and explained the process. They moved me into my place last year. The issue I had was with the movers work ethic and they didn't take time to wrap my furniture up accordingly I wouldn't have had damaged furniture. Not only that but I was charged a substantial amount to move me from Lakewood to Fife WA. When I reached out to Moses he did handle the problem and terminated the individual that did the damage. I didn't like the fact that the worker who was terminated text me after the fact to tell me thanks for getting him fired.. NO HE GOT HIMSELF FIRED WITH HIS EFFORTLESS WORK ETHIC."
