"Food tasted great. Service was fine. I enjoy the self-order kiosks. Gives me the time to customize my order without feeling rushed by those behind me. The kiosks work well and are easy to use. The price is high for how much food you get. Spending $8-10 on a "bowl" of soup or half a sandwich is pricey. Me and the wife spent over $30 for 2 bowls of soup and a half sandwich. Thing could improve with price & portions. I will say, the unlimited Drink pass/subscription is 100% worth it."

"I ordered delivery twice from them. They ALWAYS FORGET UTENSILS!! Come on I work where we have no spoons for soups and things of that nature. Then when I ask for no onions on a sandwich that’s what I expect. Picking them off just leaves an intense onion flavor without the crunch. Please for the sake of humanity just keep the fresh onions away and put spoons and napkins in for the soup. If I ever order from here again I will change my rating if I have a spoon and no onions."

"It's okay if you're looking for a quick healthy brunch. I like the kiosk where you can place your own order. Atmosphere is pretty relax but tends to get really busy during the afternoon rush. Food portions are a bit small for the cost & can get expensive for a party of 3. Had the chicken ceasar salad which was really good but lack some meat it was very little. Some area needs cleanup & wipedown. The drink counter was very wet with folks waiting in line to fill their cups. We had little interaction besides picking up our food. I like options to grab to-go boxes but items seem to be spread out at counter. Menu wise is great with what they have but not alot of kids friendly choices. Overall it was good but can be improved."

"Service was unwelcoming at the start. Staff taking orders didn't know the products. She was unable to correctly make change using cash. I had to help her. She didn't explain anything. Attn manager: Evening person needs training Food: they were out of items for the salad that I ordered. No offer for substitutes. In the app it says that they offer substitutes. Portions were small compared to other locations. . Dining area was not clean."
