"Not clear where to drop off packages (take it to the checker); she had a hard time checking it in; and then the pick up never happened for a COVID test that needed to go out same day- next day was Sunday so it’s two days late now, they likely won’t process it and I won’t have test results. What a waste of time and money! Won’t use this location for ups anymore."
