DSW5 Amazon Delivery Station

"For the past times I been doing Amazon flex at this facility I been yelled by because of the lack of directions of this people specially one guy that work at 3am, short and always with a lot of chains or straps In his pants, also he wears his hat backwards, he talk to you like you own him something."

"Went to do Amazon flex, flex app took me too the front of building instead of the very back where no one first arriving at this facility would know to go l, also make sure you drive in, I walked in due to the way the Renton facility is set up but despise that I talked with a worker who refused to scan my id because I wasnt in my car which lead to me missing my block time and wasted my time and gas horrible experience, I recommend getting better signage for first time drivers arriving to your facility! Staff needs to do better as well"

"What's the point of ringing bell every minute if no one's going to open the door.they don't give empty trailer instead they will have you wait"

"Facility and staff seem nice. Amazon flex app directions took me to the front of the building. There is NO signage to indicate flex pick up is at the BACK of the building. Drive past the parking lot and take first left to start seeing signs for Flex driver pick up. A little frustrating for a first time flex driver to have to contact support while sitting at the front of the building where it says “Package pick up & returns” and wait on hold with them while trying to figure this out. I was not the only first timer there that was thrown off by this either so I’m sure it’s probably a consistent issue."
