"This company really needs to teach their employees. How to drive I had a truck basically try to run me off the road after That truck had already been in the left lane. It turned from the right lane into the left lane completely and then as I'm trying to go into the right lane. This truck decides to drive in the middle of both lanes almost slamming me into a guard rail Then when I call to inform them that their employees are Driving erratically and being very unsafe I got hung up on"

"Ordered 30 yards of concrete. 3 trucks. 30 mins apart. Truck #1 arrived 15 mins late. That's okay. Truck #2 arrived over 90 MINUTES after truck #1 left! These trucks were supposed to be 30 mins apart. I called right away to complain about the inevitable cold joint - Carrie at dispatch noted that the stamps were 11:01 and 12:30 - 90 mins apart. She couldnt do anything until the manager got in Monday and would call me. No one called me. I called them. Talked to the manager Bob. Bob tried to play it off as the truck only arriving 30-40 mins late. No Bob, it was over an hour late and your own timestamps show that. He refused to credit more than $10/yard - $300 total on a ticket that was over $5700 - and when I balked that it should be at least triple that amount, he proceeded to start yelling at me that that was what it was going to be. It cost us more than that for the extra hour we had to pay our finishers, NOT including the end result that is solely the fault of CalPortland. Come take a look at the 40 feet of cold joint our shop has because of this screw up, Bob. This should have been a credit of that entire first truckload, really. We will go out of our way to never use CalPortland again. Terrible service and no recourse when they do not back up their end of the deal."
