"Condescending, rude, and demeaning. Thought the folks at this shop would help my 17 year old daughter replace the gas cap for her car. Instead they made jokes and teased her as if she'd lost, ran over, or left the gas cap behind somewhere. Then tried to justify giving her a hard time. For a young women to walk in to a parts store looking for some help you all made her feel pretty embarrassed. Instead of seeing an opportunity to help someone out and reinforce a young person's confidence you insult her and make the world just that much worse. Hope your business goes down the toilet!"
