"I ordered 2 taco supremes. I got more sour cream then meat. I have given this taco bell so many chances to make my food right but they continue to disappoint me. No customer service in drive through they just stick the food out the window and shut the window. Horrible food and customer service."

The man behind the counter was harsh and aggressive with zero manners not only to us but the elderly couple that ordered next. This Taco Bell definitely needs new management. Not the friendly Poulsbo vibe you get elsewhere around town."

"I have been going to Taco Bell for a very long time. I looked up this one on the map and headed that way. I know what colors I am looking for and drove right past it. This one has a dull, uninviting shade of Grey. What's up with that? But I turned around and went back. The men's room had no paper towels. Some condiments were unavailable. Food was good other than missing condiments. Service was excellent."

"We went through the drive through for a quick bite. We got the chicken chalupa deluxe box. It has plenty of food for two people. We were pleased that the Baja Blast Freeze was available. It is often unavailable at other locations. Service was speedy and correct."

"Placed a mobile order, got charged, then had an "uh oh" error message in the app. Pulled to the drive thru and asked them what to do, they told me to pull up. I pull up, they tell me the manager won't honor it and that I should dispute it with my bank because the restaurant isn't responsible for app issues. I said ok, I have a free reward, should I try again and you watch me, they said sure. A second charge shows up, and a second error message, and again I'm fresh out of luck with the manager "Emily" who didn't even see fit to show her face during all this to tell me to dispute with my bank. It's not the petty problem I experienced, more so the attitude. I had an attitude issue with this location before when they told me they won't serve me breakfast at 11:03 when I placed the order 10 minutes prior and took that long to get to the drive thru window. All in all I will be skipping this location from now on and recommend you do the same unless you're into rude management that takes their clientele for granted."
