"The worst experience I’ve ever had with a shipping carrier. Lazy drivers, lazy workers inside, and no work ethic from anyone in the entire post office. You can show up before they even open and they’ll refuse to give you your package then will proceed to not deliver said package. Needs new management and new employees, it’s embarrassing."

"My husband used to work for this post office and now is having a hard time finding a new job because whoever is the supervisor of this location is slandering him to other companies that call to ask about him."

"Packages are marked out for delivery at 5-6 in the morning and repeatedly don’t show up that day. Has happened multiple times over the last couple weeks. Estimated delivery changes from 12pm-2pm to suddenly now it’s estimated 5:35pm and then just doesn’t show up."

"I lived in the Dalles for about 6 months and I came a lot to pick up mail a lot since my husband and ordered online mainly because there is nothing in the Dalles. I appreciate Susan she is so welcoming. All the mail ladies have helps me bring big boxes to my car when I was pregnant! Definitely the best post office I been to"
