"Why are you having your employees out in the severe weather in The Dalles, OR??? Trucks are sliding around which is dangerous. Even USPS is not out in this mess. There is multiple inches of snow with a layer of freezing rain under yet another multiple inches of snow on top of that. These are dangerous road conditions and more snow is falling with multiple more inches expected to fall. This shows a total lack of concern or care for your employees well being which is concerning from such a large company. Rethinking ever using UPS for future shipping needs."

"Staff was very helpful when shipping out an package. They answered all my questions and even provided call backs in a prompt manner when needed. Each staff member went above and beyond to help me and they even coordinated with the Hood River location! I can't thank them enough."

"UPS is too busy. Driver refused delivery bcuz pkg addressed to house next door. Our neighbors would have happily come over or contacted us to retrieve pkg. No attempt made, holding pkg at an office closed for holidays. My bad"

"Email day before delivery telling me package will arrive in more while I'm at work and requires signature. Web site never remembers my password, never sends the information online when requested either. Phone service doesn't recognize the delivery number. I guess I will have to go to the customer service center and be told it's out for delivery."

"Andrew hoffman their delivery driver mis-delivered my package at a wrong address and marked it as delivered. We had open investigation with UPS in order to figure out where our package went. when I went down to the UPS store in the dalles to pick up another package (had it put on hold) they showed me the GPS location of the driver and where they put my package( the driver did not deliver it where my address is - go figure) then he had the audacity to call my phone and say that it was "allegedly" missing and he did the right thing even though his boss showed me the actual location of their truck and it was absolutely nowhere near my gate. Andrew just wanted to argue and cut me off he didnt offer any solution to his failure to deliver when HE WAS THE ONE WHO MESSED UP! Dont gaslight your customers. Teach your employees to own their behavior and to not argue with your customers and not call a customers cell phone at eight in the morning to accuse them of being wrong about filing a missing package when you were the one who didnt even deliver it in the first place!!!!! get a new job Andrew and give your job to those more competent than you that can actually do the job right"
