"If there was an option for zero stars, this is what the company would get. Absolute terrible customer service, extreme lack of communication between customer and business. RUDE and unprofessional staff. Look elsewhere for bottled water service."

Learn more about reviews. Stuart H. 8251 12 minutes ago Been doing business with this company for almost 5 years. I know they've been having issues with delivery these last few years, but I decided to fire them after continually getting excuse. Let me say this so you'll better understand where I'm coming from. I buy 12 bottles a month at a time and they only have to come out here one time every month, that's it! Called them up to see where my delivery was on Monday. The person I talked with said, "Let me ask Deb" I was able to hear her ask, and Deb said that the earliest would be Friday, in which I replied I wasn't happy about it, because I needed it now. Anyway, it's Friday, and I hadn't seen the delivery yet, so I called and Deb (the one who said Friday would be the earliest doesn't recall any of it. Then, she started giving me excuses after I told her to come pick up the bottles and machine, and I'll take my business somewhere else. No apology, nothing. I owned 3 businesses. If i lost a good customer, all because of lack of accountability, I'd be pissed. Unfortunately, finding good people ars hard to find, so you're stuck with a sub-par employee at the helm."
"Horrible customer service. I cannot recommend this company. If you have other options, pursue those instead. Office says one thing. Drivers say another. The two do not talk to each other. They need to get their act together."
"My service with this company has been horrible from the start. They miss deliveries, then deliver on random days, weeks later. One time, I got charged for a water delivery that never happened. Good thing I caught it. I never know when I will or not have water or what they will charge me for. I had to start a log of when and how much they sent, so that I can argue any false charges. They're blaming it all on a lack of drivers, but it has been going on for months. Then they deliver wrong water type too. I specifically said I want only the Spring water, because their spring water is really good high pH water and sourced from Opal Springs. Yet they keep delivering the "Premium" drinking water anyway, which is just 0 ppm reverse osmosis water that i can buy for $1.50 a 5 gallon jug at Winco. Why would I pay $6.95 per jug for that? (The spring water makes much more sense at $7.95, since high pH water is expensive to buy in stores). Their excuse was that its because they were out of the Spring. Which makes no sense when i specified clearly that i do not want the Premium no matter what. The website is also misleading, saying that the Premium water has "just the right blend of minerals," when my TDS meter says 0 ppm. There are no minerals in there. When asked about it, the lady on the phone said carelessly, "oh our website is just not updated." Sounds like false advertising to me! Maybe I'm just the unlucky one and others have better experience with this company. But I cannot recommend them, its been a nightmare having to call them all the time, keeping track. I got the impression they just don't care. So I canceled with them today. I gave them too many chances. Its sad that its so hard to find good, affordable drinking water sources in this area. City of Vancouver tap water is horrible and full of nitrates. I'm a fishkeeper, so I test these things. I guess its back to Winco water trips for me, then DIY remineralizing the water. What a pain."
"Our old dispenser (a black one) had exploded on us, so we gave them a call and they were here with a replacement at no extra cost within 2 days. H2Oregon has never let us down and their water is PRISTINE. We love it!"
