"My package arrived at Wasco on February 25th. Wasco is just over an hour to Portland, yet my package was held at their location for 2 days. I get a notification that it’s out for delivery today, in Portland. Then I get a new notification that it’s just arrived in Troutdale and won’t be delivered until tomorrow. 3 days to get from Wasco to Portland. What’s the deal? Talk about poor service."

"Quite possibly the most unhelpful and difficult company I've ever had to work with. I paid online in advance for a specific delivery time so that I would be home to sign for it. Took 3 days to get it delivered at the right time after each person I talked to assured me it would be delivered correctly."

"Was told I missed a delivery that I needed to sign for. The diver did not leave a notice on the door that said he was there. FED X said it would be delivered the next day, I stayed at home all day to receive the package and know one showed. My time is just as important as there's is. If I'm not home they drive off, if I wait for them and they don't show O well"
