"ANY company doing business with this transport company should cancel their contract Immediately. The damages outweigh the shipping contract which cost the shipper more revenue then the product was worth. Damages to packages are caused from delivery drivers throwing packages at a distance from more then 15 feet away from the front door. Nike should never use this delivery service as a option for its delivery service of choice. Will be filling a claim with Nike next."

"I know that we've had some bad weather but it should not take 4 days past the delivery date to deliver a package. UPS, FED EX and USPS have all been here everyday. It is unacceptable that they cannot figure out how to get here in 96 hours. I have similar problems with OnTrac almost every time someone uses them for shipping. I'm ready to stop buying from places that use ontrac."

"Worst shipping company ever. I wish I could leave zero stars. I've had so many bad experiences, I avoid ordering from companies who I know use this service. Unfortunately, companies don't usually tell you which shipping service will be used so I have just experienced my third missing shipment with these people. What happened the first two times? They left my package outside of a closed, locked building after hours for anyone wandering by to steal it rather than hang on to the package, wait for the business to reopen the next day, and ensure the package was delivered safely. The retailer I recently ordered from usually uses UPS, but this package was handled by On Trac. I would never have ordered if I'd known On Trac was being used because, guess what? My package is missing. Chances are good that it was left outside of our building when we were closed because their driver's don't give a rip if you get it or not."

"I was concerned when Columbia Sportswear shipped my 2 post Christmas packages via OnTrac after seeing all the bad reviews. I have everything shipped to our local UPS store and they both arrived safely, quickly and with frequent updates on the status. Pleasantly surprised!"

"I don't understand how every gd ontrac delivery gets dropped right in front of my gate so I have to climb over it to be able to move the box and open it. Ups does not have this problem. Every week we are blocked in. It's ridiculous. Do better."
