"This company delivered my shipment damaged and then FORGED MY SIGNATURE on the waybill to avoid damage claims! This is FRAUD! The delivery driver had me write down the damages and sign a completely different, random document, which I was not provided a copy of. When the shipper tried to file a claim for damages, Pilot showed him a waybill document which someone else had signed a bad forgery of my signature on, claiming that the shipment was undamaged. I had never seen, nor signed this waybill document. Avoid this company if you can, or at the very least take photos of your shipment and any documents you sign during delivery!"

"These people are THE WORST. They deliver for best buy. We waited a month for a delivery and were given a four hour delivery window the day after Christmas. Raced home to get there 30 minutes prior to the window. They showed up 30 minutes early and then just left. No call. Nothing. Just left."

"They held my package for weeks with zero communication. I emailed twice and got no response. They texted me saying they confirmed a delivery appointment that I did not make. They then sent me another text asking me to make an appointment, and that someone needed to be home to receive the package. Then they delivered it on the day of their choosing, when no one was home. It too 10-14 days for these items o get from California to Seattle area, all because of the way Pilot manages its shipment. Because of this long delay, I'd give Pilot Freight services 2-3 out 5 stars. However, staff here in Seattle area was great. The best part was the actual delivery service by Mr. PAUL and DIMITRI. They were very professional, on-time, followed all of their Delivery and Set Up instructions. "So I had ordered a washer and dryer Via Best Buy! They used pilot freight services as a third party delivery system. The men that came by were so sweet and efficient! They came by early which worked for us because I was home at this time instead of the time scheduled so it worked out perfectly, they called and texted to make sure it was okay for them to come early. The installation was easy! They wanted to make sure everything was as it should be ! Very excited to use my new appliances and hopefully everything works fine!"
