"Idk how they are to work for so can’t comment on that. But I deliver to them pretty regularly the last couple years. They’ve always been very nice and timely. I did talk to a guy whose not there anymore about driving for them if I moved out here and the pay scale seemed pretty good and benefits seemed decent. If you are a otr driver delivering here there isn’t really overnite parking that you can count on. It gets a little tight in some of the docks so take your time if you aren’t at the end dock where there’s usually a little more room. Watch out for some of the other carriers that fly around there like it’s a race track in their automatic Volvos. They aren’t with these guys but across the way. But over all I’ve always had pleasant dealing with these guys and I usually am delivering to them pretty much every other week for the last couple years. I’ve delivered to the titan in Portland a couple times to and they were very nice and fast as well."

"Titan was a very toxic company, I never worked somewhere so unorganized and poor the company likes to send semi trucks places they shouldn't be and don't plan ahead or check that certain places are safe to send a semi they let the driver figure it out and rather put people at risk. low wire in residential neighborhoods, low clearance and weight restriction areas not places a semi truck should be. Everyone had something ill to say about another my first day, to much gossip and politics. Dispatch and warehouse workers at each other's throats every morning arguing. Not a place a driver wants to start they're morning. Just want to get route and get on the road. They can't keep a mechanic. Trucks are in poor condition. Tools like pallet jacks and hand trucks are limited and poor condition. Looking for a positive place to work somewhere your proud to call a job? This is not the place for you. I noticed half the good comments on here are from upper management. This company does not respect or value CDL drivers. Driver's are talked down too and disrespected. company has a very high turn over rate and likes to take illegal short cuts. Company does not like to pay overtime."

"Note the dates of other reviews. There has been a management shakeup here in the last 15 monthes. There is now some overnight parking for loads arriving early. You might need to disconnect and park next to your trailer. Architect thinks trucks are 60'. I arrived to the minute my appt time. Unloaders were in my trailer like wolves on a kill. Told if I had been early, most likely unloaded early. I drive for a premium service company delivering high dollar windows continentwide. In my opinion this place has their act together. Note the date. City road construction on their only road. Dont blame that on Titan... Google Earth the Loc. Go around building Clockwise. TITAN is the NW corner. Park parellel with tracks with your nose north ...MOOSE."

"Horrible shipping company! Flat out the worst I have ever dealt with. If you are a company who sells deliveries to other local companies steer clear of this one! Was given a four hour window so I rearranged my work schedule to be there they called and said they were on their way 3hrs early and they require a signature for shipment. The driver said he would be there around 12. Then at 3:30 I received a call stating they wanted to change the delivery date to the following day which would mean taking another day off work. I explained that this wouldn't work and they said well it's not our fault you live outside our normal delivery area!?why would a company accept shipment on something outside of their area? At 4:00 they said their driver was in Tacoma and 2 hours out because of traffic (normally 45 min) which I checked and all roads were flowing normal. At 6:30 I received a call stating they were on their way from their warehouse in Kent! Overall the worst experience I have had with a shipment company ever!"

"I have had a very poor experience with Titan Freight Systems 1. Titan did not pick up my package on time from Ceva Shipping on the day they had scheduled (no explanation was given when asked). 2. Titan did not return numerous calls, when I was trying to figure out where my package was. 3. I was told my package would be delivered by 2pm (already a day after it was suppose to arrive), at 7pm I called them because I still had not received it. I was told by Titan that the driver was pulled off their route because they had exceed their hours for the week. I do not see any worth in a company that cannot pick up packages on time, return customers phone calls, or staff their drivers properly. Stay away from this company if you can"
