"tl:dr - KIDNAPPING, EXTORTION, SCREAMING and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Driver lied about the price, then jacked it up afterwards, and when we asked about why it had gone up from the negotiated price he started SCREAMING at us and then began driving as he threatened to drive us back to the airport. He kept us unwillingly in a violently moving car as he driving for 5+ minutes until we were able to calm him down and figure out a solution via paying partly with cash. Never thought I’d have to worry about kidnapping and extortion from a cabbie in Seattle. I’ve reported this to King County and Seattle city. EDIT: the taxi number was #808 according to the receipt. The ride began at 10pm from seatac and ended at around 10:20-10:28pm. (10:20 first arrival to the destination and then 10:28 is when we finally were allowed out of the car after paying, after 8 minutes of bullying, yelling, kidnapping)."

"When I called to get a ride because I don't have money on a card ever. The service was quick and the driving was amazing. I would definitely consider coming back and calling them again:) my driver was really nice and respectful. I love that. Did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. And the price was good too. "What good are you as a taxi service if a customer gets VM at 10pm. Cab companies bu!tched about gig drivers taking their work well this is why they can. Be worried about quickly picking up a customer answer your damn phones or hire someone who will be ready and available like Lyft and Uber are and you'd have ample business. There are countless cash users who cannot use gig companies so quit whining and run this company like you care about the job your supposed to be available to be doing."
